Do you cater to single travelers or only groups?

We welcome individual travelers as well as groups.

Can I purchase the package without tickets, or tickets only?

Major Sports Augusta is not a ticket broker. We specialize in providing complete travel experiences that include premium event access and hospitality, accommodations and/or transportation. If you require tickets only, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to provide you with a list of preferred brokers.

Can you customize your programs or design a package specifically to fit my needs?

Absolutely. We can make modifications to any of our pre-designed programs or develop a complete sports, hospitality, or incentive program based on your organization's needs & budgeting requirements.

Can you handle trips to sporting events not listed on your site?

Yes! We can provide you with a complete, personalized travel program for any sporting event desired including international events.

When is the deposit and the final payment due?

A deposit due within 10 days of reservation and contractual agreement to confirm pricing and availability. Based on the proximity of the event, flexible payment arrangements may be made allowing up to three separate payments.  Final payments are structured approximately 60 days prior to event.

Can I upgrade my tickets and extend my stay?

Yes. We generally offer ticket upgrades and extra hotel night stays for all of our events based on availability.  Pricing will be based off current availability as well as market conditions.

Do you handle airline arrangements?

All Major Sports Augusta travel programs are priced as "land only” unless specifically requested.  Due to the variety of factors including departure airport choices, flight delays/cancellations, etc.… we highly suggest coordinating air travel on an individual basis ensuring your plans are confirmed as desired.

I'm hosting an incentive program through Major Sports Augusta and will not have the traveler’s names until later. How do I make reservations?

We will place your order as names "to be announced." We do require you provide the guests names at least 30 days prior to departure for the event.

When will we get travel documents and event tickets?

Within 30 days of the event, you will receive a program summary detailing your event which will have special instructions regarding your event credentials, checking in at your hospitality location and accepting keys to your rental property if included.  In some cases where credentials are needed in advance, we ship via a tracked method (FedEx or UPS) 7-10 business days prior to departure.
